LawDepot allows you to choose from two main types of rental conditions. After signing, your landlord or representative must provide you with a copy of the contract and other relevant documents within 14 days. Keep your signed copy of the agreement and all other relevant documents in a safe place. If you violate the term of the lease, you are responsible for correcting it. This is the end of a temporary lease of less than six months. The termination date on this notification must be the end date of the fixed-term lease. A lease is a lease for your home. Governments have recognized the inviability of the house and have extended the protection of tenants through the adoption of laws guaranteeing a minimum of rights for tenants.

A rental property contract cannot benefit from this basic rental fee. A tenant may terminate his fixed-term tenancy agreement prematurely if he has to move because he: The termination (rescission of the lease and exit of the property) must be served on the tenant in the rental premises, or by: the expiry of the tenancy agreement does not necessarily end the lease. If a « periodic » term is chosen, the lease is automatically renewed on the same terms as the first lease, unless it is amended by a formal termination, in accordance with the law. A one-year « periodic monthly lease » is therefore in fact 12 separate leases, automatically renewed. The lease is automatically renewed until one of the parties wishes to terminate the lease (by a correct termination, as required by law). This means that the landlord must try to find a new tenant for the premises.
